  • Emily Spa offers free International shipping for all countries. All items ship from the US within 1 business day of placing order. Estimated delivery time for delivery within the US is 2-5 business days; 6-10 business days to CA; 8-15 business days to AU & UK; and 10-30 days all other countries outside the US.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

  • Returns are accepted and refunds granted on any and all items that are sealed and have not been opened or used within 2 weeks of delivery date. All returned items must be in original condition. All returned items will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please return items with tracking or delivery confirmation to ensure delivery. Thank you.
